@CalMacFerries disappointed with situ on Arran yest. Travelling with baby and grandparents, no notice of cancellation until after ferry had left, so no opp to leave early. Surely passengers travelling with infants should be priority and you know we were due to the booking 1/2

Would expect at least a phone call to have the option to leave early, but no contact at all until a text an hour after ferry had left. Endured 30mins on the bus, 40mins on a different ferry and 3hrs on a bus back to Ardrossan. Staff were excellent, but procedures are woeful 2/2
