During the 4th International Mine Action Conference (2–3 Sept, Baku), LMAC took part and joined delegations from Cambodia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Nigeria to share national experiences in humanitarian mine action.

Since 7 July 2026, 37 mine victims have received support through LMAC's Victim Assistance Programme, in collaboration with UNDP Lebanon and funded by the European Union and the Government of the Netherlands, with 44 prosthetic limbs provided. #MineAction #UNDP #EU #Netherlands

The Regional School for Humanitarian Demining in Lebanon (RSHDL) welcomed the French Ambassador, German Chargé d’Affaires, and international partners to learn about LMAC’s mine action efforts, the AL-MASAR project, and field operations supporting safer communities. #LMAC

LMAC in collaboration with GICHD delivered a National Mine Action Standards (NMAS) Development Training at RSHDL, bringing together mine action stakeholders and Implementing Agencies to strengthen national capacities, and align standards with international best practices.

Last Thursday, LMAC and HAMAP-Humanitaire gathered national institutions, partners, EORE Steering Committee members, and media professionals at VOCO Hotel to strengthen awareness efforts and promote safer community. Together, we advance collaboration and collective action. #LMAC
