My favorite quote so far: “We are blessed with the opportunity to help change the course of someone’s life with our words, our actions, and our belief in their abilities. By changing our perspective, we can change lives.” @casas_jimmy

Lesson plans are important, and pedagogy matters… but some of the most important work of teachers, might not be captured by a plan. When teachers encourage, support, inspire, care about, and connect with their students… they are engaged in work that transcends the “plan.”
Lucky to have a team and an amazing ILT to support me during PLCs!Our planning of the HOW is so important #howmatters #mpeplcs @risdconnects @MPEPanthers
