Service dog training doesn’t get better than this! Live music, 18 wheelers honking their horns, crowds cheering, barking dogs and even draft horses. Jenny of @LeashesofValor is doing an incredible job with these distractions on the @WreathsAcross convoy. #wreath #TruckDriver – at Maine, USA

Important to give future service dogs all sorts of experiences. We call it socialization--bringing them anywhere their future #veteran may go, whether to the grocery store or on an airplane. Jenny of @LeashesofValor will join me on the @WreathsAcross convoy, starting in #Maine.

@Throwawaydogs Co-founder Jason Walters evaluated and accepted our newest candidate “Atlas”. He will be trained for Explosive Detection and will be donated. Atlas came from @LeashesofValor where he was not able to complete their service dog work due to some training issues.

A big shout-out to Taylor E. and her family for connecting ITMMS to @LeashesofValor. Because of their great efforts and care, our ss and staff will be connected to this great service opportunity. We will be able to name a service dog to be donated to an American veteran.
