Leveraging Bhutan's NDI, we were able to build an automatic AI survey and sensemaking system that uses broadlistening techniques pioneered by @audreyt ... and then deployed a DeepGov AI politician trained with a Bhutanese-inspired Manifesto to provide Gitcoin reviews.
