I just finished writing the Weather 20/20 Intelligence report showcasing how despite an ENSO shift from La Niña to a developing El Niño, the weather pattern is still the same, which shares the fact I have been sharing for over two decades. Summer begins in less than three weeks and the jet stream is shifting north. A weak storm will be approaching this weekend with an increasing probability of showers and thunderstorms in KC.
