Welker points out Obama's "you can keep your doctor" lie and asks El-Sayed about his "you can keep your current insurance" claim.
El-Sayed: "Yes, that health care plan has to decide that they're going to continue to keep those people."
Welker: "But you're saying that under your vision of Medicare for all, it's possible some health insurance companies may decide it's too expensive to continue?"
El-Sayed: "Well, I don't get to decide. A corporation does and the CEO does."
Translated: You won't have your private insurance, but I can't say that right now and won't care later when it's proven true. Just like Obama.
(El-Sayed has actually told the truth on this in the past, until it was politically inconvenient to keep doing so.)

Trinitarios faction dragged him out of a bodega, and stabbed him to death with machetes and knives on the sidewalk. For no reason. Please, continue to defend them.

Oscar Belgal, 28. From the Dominican Republic. In the country illegally, per DHS.
Thursday, about 4 p.m. Marble Hill, NYC. ICE officers tried to box in his car to arrest him.
DHS says he rammed their vehicles.
An officer opened fire in self-defense.
NYPD says an ICE car had front-end damage.
The legacy media said "shot in the neck" and "7 rounds" like the guy was shot all to hell.
The truth is, he was hit in the neck below his left ear, and is in stable condition. He was stable, talking at the scene.
Obviously non-life threatening injuries. As you can see in the photo below.
Now in ICE custody.
His little boy wasn't hurt and is with family.
What's this guy's history in the US?
* A grand larceny conviction.
* Prior arrests for assault, robbery, drugs, and weapons. * Ties to the Trinitarios gang, the same gang that shot a CBP officer last year.
NYPD arrested him in December 2023.
DHS says sanctuary rules sent him back out the door a few days later.
So who did the mayor spend hours on the phone fighting for? Him.
Mamdani says he called Trump and DHS trying to get him released.
Hochul wants ICE out of New York.

In the wake of the Mike Rogers, Abdul El-Sayed debate, @PeterMeijer on CNN NewsNight calls out El-Sayed:
“I can't understand how somebody who's that politically smart has not fixed their position is when he was asked who's the greater danger to America, Israel or Iran.
Three times he was asked that he refused to answer. Afterwards, he said that's a dumb question, and he was right. It is a dumb question because the answer is so painfully easy. But he couldn't say that.
He criticized Mike Rogers for asking him to condemn Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda, saying they're scary words, but he hasn't condemned them, and they are scary words because they've killed hundreds of 1000s of innocents, including 3,000 Americans three miles south of here.
So at a certain point it goes from either this is political malpractice at the best, or he can't or he won't because of something deeper, and that is far more troubling. And I just I don't get it because I don't want to get it because it really is dark.”

Here’s how the scam works
- Anyone with an EBT card comes in and buys an item
- The store adjusts the price of that item to the amount of money that’s on the person’s EBT card
- The store gives the person 50 cents on the dollar for the balance on the EBT card
Meaning is you have $120 on your EBT card, you’re able to exchange it for $60 cash and the store pockets the rest of the money for doing the transaction
This is a scam that is happening nationwide. There have even been so many mainstream media stories where this has been highlighted as a common scam
