This is why I held a bootcamp to teach Introverts how to Find Their Voice and channel their "OLE" superpowers to make their quiet mark in the world.
This birthed the "Global Introverts Circle" where Introverts like me could feel safe, speak up, and practice these skills.

you're a waste of potential nigga.
in 2027 you could get 19 MILLION shorts views and still not make a cent in youtube ad revenue
all because you didnt start your channel when i told you to
now you have to speed run monetization before they raise the barrier to entry on feb 1st
here's exactly what i'd do starting TONIGHT:
1. START THE CHANNEL
open youtube
make a brand new channel, takes 5 minutes
dont waste 3 fucking hours making a logo or picking a name
nobody gives a fuck what your channel is called
you need:
-1,000 subscribers
-10 million valid shorts views
-within 90 days
and you need youtube to APPROVE you
so get moving
2. GET YOUR TOOLS
ChatGPT - scripts
ElevenLabs - voiceovers
CapCut - editing
Pexels - free footage
thats your entire operation
you can hire editors once you're actually making money
3. NICHE HUNT
you're not posting vids about strawbella cheating on zacchini ok
you're picking:
-finance
-cars
-business
-tech
-career
all of them attract adults with money
and advertisers spend a fuck ton reaching those people
4. STEAL
in this speed run you're not worrying about creating anything new
you're:
-finding vids in the niche doing 500k+ views
-ripping the script
-ripping the b-roll
-ripping the timing
tossing it together, post.
don't literally download them and repost
but use the entire video structure
5. VOLUME
3 shorts a day
EVERY DAY
thats 270 uploads in 90 days
you need 10M valid views
10,000,000 / 270 = 37,037 views per upload
sounds like a lot?
one short could do 4 million views
another could do 2 million
the other 268 can fight over the remaining 4 million
this is why you POST instead of sitting around making your first video perfect
6. MILK YOUR WINNERS
after your first 30 shorts, open youtube studio
look at the videos getting people to stop scrolling and watch
if one is getting 400k views while the others are sitting at 2k
MAKE MORE OF THAT SHIT
same subject
same structure
different questions
read the comments on the winner
people will literally tell you what they want explained next
make those videos
keep posting until you either find another winner or the format stops performing
thats your next 90 days
find something working
steal the homework
make your own videos
post until you've got enough views to qualify
then apply before february and leave time for youtube to review your channel
you're sitting on a free business with a deadline approaching
and some mf who started last month is already 40 videos ahead of you
go make a fucking channel

My friend created a mini EMR for independent healthcare workers and small clinics.
It handles majority of the processes in the care workflow: documentation, operations, it even has a no-code website builder, and even more recently, telemedicine.
I actually think this is so underrated. It's currently in beta and free to use.
Try it out getclinjd.com

There are three types of employees when it comes to ownership:
1. Those who take ownership unprompted. (Rare gems)
2. Those who take ownership once explicitly assigned. (The backbone of most great companies)
3. Those who never take ownership, even when named the project lead. (A hopeless cause)
Most leaders complain they don't have enough of #1, so they assume everyone else is #3.
That is an expensive mistake.
The vast majority of high-impact talent sits squarely in Group 2. They have professional respect for boundaries—they don't run around grabbing projects that aren't theirs.
But once you say, "This is your ship to steer," they will bleed for the result. You actually have to give them the wheel.
If you assign a Group 2 operator a project, but keep your hands on the controls, you kill their instinct to own it. They need the friction of figuring it out alone. They need true, hands-off autonomy.
If someone isn't stepping up, ask yourself: are they truly passive, or are you just refusing to let go?
Which archetype are you though?

This is ''Czar's Messaging Worksheet''
Armed with this, i will go on YouTube & search for videos in the niche i want to sell to, and by the time i am done filling it up - i know exactly who to speak to and how.
See the messaging at the bottom; see how magnetic it feels?

Story time! While looking for a job earlier this year, was given a take home project. Nailed the fuck out of it, went into the architecture interview and was talking with the two engineers about it. Explain how everything is working, etc, etc.

- go to LinkedIn
- enter your job title “digital marketing”, “data analyst”, “virtual assistant”, just play with different keywords
- click enter and filter to “jobs”
- set location (you can also add the location to your search)
Now, this is where it gets interesting. There are two categories of jobs on LinkedIn. The one posted directly on LinkedIn by companies (which can be applied to using easy apply) and one sourced by LinkedIn from external sources (mostly reroute you to company website or job aggregator platforms). Don’t apply through easy apply except you have an optimized LinkedIn profile that fits the job. What LinkedIn does is to save your profile as a pdf and use it as your resume
Now this is what I do
- instead of applying directly, I click on the job, scroll down to see who posted it, and send a connection request to the person. I also extend this request to two senior employees of the company (most times I just go after C-suite)
- the first thing they will do when they see your request is to check your profile. This is why an optimized LinkedIn profile is important because it makes it easier to know who you are and the values you can bring to their team
- they will surely accept your invitation if there’s an alignment. That gives you an opportunity to shoot your shot. What I do is to send something like “hi akin, I am wondering if you or anyone you know is in the market looking for an experienced content manager (if the job is content management)”.
Sure they will say you should apply through the link but what you have just done is to establish a first contact. To show high agency, I often take it further by saying something like “As agritech leaders seek to strengthen their online presence through long-form thought leadership content, I wonder if this is part of ABc content plan in Q4”. Majority of them will be interested in learning more about your view
Alternatively, just switch from “jobs” to “post” on LinkedIn search, set your location and hit the search button
Let me know if you want to see me doing this live. Like an A-Z of LinkedIn prospecting in 50 minutes
Write your LinkedIn goals, define the audience categories whose problems you solve and start curating your audience to match, once people start connecting with you, initiate conversations in the DM based on curiosity about them plus create content that speaks to your value in solving said problems. Do this consistently for a bit, if no conversion, then just tell people 1:1 about what value you provide. 1) you’ll either close them or 2) you’ll have referral nodes who bring you up when opportunities come up.
In progress, at the end of every month, go to your profile dashboard and look at your audience demographics and ask yourself continuously if the people in your network can buy from you or not.
Whatever answer it is to that question, just keep moving in whatever you feel is right direction for your corporate life.

It is dangerous to lose sight of why you started and what you are actually trying to achieve, particularly when it comes to being big.
This is something you have to avoid when building a company, and even when building a career.
If you do the right things, you are going to have some success. And that success can sometimes distract you. You start feeling good about where you are, and you stop preparing for what comes next.
But the best time to prepare for the next job is when you are in your current job and performing well. That’s when you should be building your profile, developing your skills, and positioning yourself for the next opportunity. Not necessarily because you are looking to leave, but because you are preparing while things are going well.
It’s the same thing with a company.
The best time for a company to be aggressive about growth is when it is already seeing growth in its results. That’s when you should be increasing investments, building capacity, hiring, and doing the things that will support the next phase of growth.
Do everything you can to not be distracted by success.
The reason is that these things lag. They are seasonal.
There is usually a long time between making an investment and seeing the result of that investment.
So the best time to make the investment is while you are still enjoying the rewards of your current success. That way, even when the current window of success starts to close, you are beginning to see the rewards of the investments you made when things were going well.
Start making investments towards your next harvest while you’re still enjoying the current one.

An underrated one I'm the only one crazily talking about is @bizflexhq
On it alone, you can create an invoice and it reminds the client for you consistently. Great is you're too scared to follow up yourself.
You can create a USD account
As a course creator, you can generate payment link and withdraw to any account if your choice in less than 24 hours. And by that I mean, the minute it's in your wallet, you can transfer to you or anyone of your choice
For Nigerian business owners, you can register your business on CAC and get approved in 24 hours! (And get a business account in the same breath)
I can go on.
You would not believe it till you try. Had to confirm for myself.
