I've told many American audiences about this school; the warmth, the lunch shout outs, the assemblies, the systematic coaching model. Every teacher can improve one step at a time; one degree makes all the difference. More than slogans, very powerful stuff when fully realized.

Launching East100
The first cohort are together in person for the opening residential of east100.
After spending the summer conducting an asset mapping exercise of their community, we’ve spent the day digging into local contexts.

I'm so excited to be part of the first @LeadE100 cohort and I can't wait to get stuck in to the issue of educational inequality over the next year (and the rest of my career). Was great to meet with @jon_hutchinson_ and all the other people involved this evening.
