This whole kerfuffle on Genting Hong Kong only serves to deepen my animosity and disgust towards the banking industry. May Allah make my resolve to not enter into any contracts with the parasitic bank industry, forever firm.

@shaunking I’m an American expat living in Saudi, so let me give you my take. Not sure if your comment was aimed at me since we recently exchanged words, but I only recognize one person in that video. I’ve never heard of the others. So where’s your proof that we know or support them? Shaun, it seems you’re bringing the same emotional journalism tactics from your Black Lives Matter days into Islam. But Islam doesn’t work like that. We follow the Qur’an and Sunnah, not political trends or emotions. You’re taking information from people who openly hate Abu Bakr and Umar (Houthis). If they hate the companions of Allah’s Messenger peace and blessings be upon him, how can you blindly trust that they want good for this Ummah? Allah says: “If there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance…” (Qur’an 49:6) Just the other day, you claimed someone speaking about Saudi-Israel ties was a Saudi government spokesperson. Come to find out, he was just a journalist like you, Yet you presented him as a government representative, spreading false information without even bothering to retract or correct it. Alhamdulillah, you recently accepted Islam, but your posts seem driven more by emotions, political rhetoric, and retweets than Islamic knowledge. Islam isn’t the same as BLM activism. The truth isn’t determined by who’s trending or who’s seen as the underdog. It’s determined by evidence and knowledge.
The worst. What's wild is that ignorant American expats living in Saudi get on here and defend this foolishness.

Bro stop reaching hahaha 1. Ali's guidance on critical judicial, administrative, and military dilemmas, and Ali provided counsel for the greater good and protection of Islam, even while maintaining his grievance over the caliphate. 2. Shia and general early historical accounts note that Khawla came to Medina among the captives. Upon recognizing her noble lineage and status, Imam Ali purchased or took responsibility for her, immediately granted her freedom, and respected her dignity. 3. Everyone leaves ali in charge! Even rasool SAWAto tabuk. Because hes the best after rasool SAWA. 4. Ali even stepped in when umar wanted to execute people wrongfully... without ali. Umar would be lost. 5. Sent his sons to defend uthmans place even after disagreeing with him and warning him his actions will bring him harm 6. Strait lie with evidence. That was abu bakrs daughter who he took in. Not the same daughter. He had many children btw. But even if he had given his own... you do understand what its like for shia to live under these people... most of the ahlulbayt were tortured, imprisoned, or killed. Prophet did spill on who the 12 munafiqs at Aqaba were in order to keep the peace- they tried to assassinate him, and we have an idea who they were... Rasool married Hafsa and Aisha.... who were so troublesome that Allah revealed a verse about them in the quran (tahrim)... ur argument is so weak. Ali's Goodness and attempt to keep peace means nothing for the people he was afraid would wreck the peace, but nice spin Fox news! 7. Another lie. See attached 8. Having ur friends govern is a great way to ensure the caliphs dont go off the handle.. always maintain some normalcy The fact that u think ANY of these are merits for your three caliphs is laughable. Just sunnis trying to make these men i to something they arent... Very christian on u and the same type of arguments. But look look here.. it sounds like they were loved. Hahahah Desperate attempt to legitamize now that the truth is pouring out online and through the internet. Keep treading water Habibi... the truth keeps coming and alot of it is even in your own books!

This Rafidi argument is top tier historical cope. "Ali boycotted the conquests! He dindu nuffin'!!!" Sure. All he did was: 1. Plan their conquests. When Umar (ra) wanted to march on Persia, Ali (ra) was his chief (!) strategist and told him NOT to go himself, so the empire wouldn't be left exposed. He gave the same advice against the Byzantines. (Nahj al-Balaghah) 2. Take their spoils. Spoils of an illegitimate war are haram. Yet Ali took Khawlah al-Hanafiyyah, a captive of Abu Bakr's blessed Riddah Wars, and fathered Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah with her. (al-Mufid, al-Irshad) And there were more women he enjoyed from the blessed conquest wars: Al-Sahba' bint Rabi'ah, taken captive by Khalid ibn al-Walid near Ayn al-Tamr under Abu Bakr. Ali took her too and had twins: Ruqayyah and... Umar ibn Ali (Ibn Sa'd, al-Tabaqat; al-Mufid, al-Irshad) Heck, per their own al-Kafi, the mother of their 4th Imam, Zayn al-Abidin, was Yazdegerd's Majoosi daughter, a captive of Umar's conquest of Persia, whom Ali arranged for al-Husayn. Every Imam after that descends from the "haram spoils" of Umar's war. And these weren't the only ones. Ali fathered 27 children, most of them in the 25 years under Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman, several from umm walads, i.e. concubines. Quite the boycott. 3. Act as their deputy. When Umar left for Jerusalem, he left Ali in charge of Medina. Nobody hands his capital to a man boycotting his "tyranny". (al-Tabari) 4. Be their chief justice. Umar: "أقضانا علي", "Our best judge is Ali." (Bukhari) That's what a "Nasibi" says, huh? 5. Send his sons to fight. Al-Hasan and al-Husayn joined the Tabaristan campaign under Uthman's commander Sa'id ibn al-'As. (al-Tabari) 6.Marry his daughter to the conqueror.** Umm Kulthum to Umar. Al-Kafi admits it and can only cope with "إن ذلك فرج غُصبناه", "that was a private part taken from us by force". Shia Ali was frightened and coerced into giving up his daughter! Then Ali took her home to observe her iddah as Umar's widow. 7. Name his sons after them. Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman ibn Ali. Abu Bakr and Uthman died with al-Husayn at Karbala. Al-Hasan named his sons Abu Bakr and Umar too. Al-Kazim named a daughter Aishah. (al-Mufid, al-Irshad) 8. Let his close friends govern for them. Salman governed al-Mada'in for Umar. Ammar governed Kufah for Umar. Collaborators too? (Ibn Sa'd, al-Tabaqat) Planning their wars, taking their captives, fathering children with them, deputy, judge, sons in their armies, friends as their governors, daughter married to them, bay'ah, kids named after them. Total boycott, saaarrr 🤡 "But he never led an army!" So what? Neither did Abu Bakr to Iraq or Syria. Umar never set foot on the Persian front. Uthman, Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf, Ubayy and Zayd ibn Thabit all stayed in Madina. Umar deliberately kept the senior Muhajirun in Madina as his council. Ali staying there doesn't show a boycott. It shows he was inner circle so it's actually a hujjah against the Rafidah, not for them.
Fact: Imam Ali (as) did not participate in any of the wars (futuhat) waged by the first 3 caliphs, Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman.

My biggest single wish is for the ummah to discover and learn about this heinous plot. It's absolutely incredible that it remains safely tucked in relative obscurity.
In 1986, Saudi authorities caught explosives hidden in Iranian pilgrims’ luggage in Jeddah. They brought explosives to Hajj, where millions of innocent Muslims gather, intending to do what? liberate the haram?? Even the kuffar of Quraysh respected the sanctity of the Haram.

HSBC sold Muslims a “Shariah-compliant” fund. Then, per a Middle East Eye analysis, that fund put over $100 million into five Israeli military-linked firms. Hyphen reported the same fund bought $38 million of Palantir. Read that again. Your zakat-conscious, riba-avoiding, halal-screened savings have been funding weapons. Big banks don’t build Islamic finance for us. They build it to extract from us. Slap “Shariah” on an index tracker, add a two-scholar committee, collect the fees, and never ask what the money actually does. 2 billion Muslims. Trillions in savings. And we keep handing it to institutions that see our faith as a marketing segment. Enough. We can’t keep outsourcing our deen to banks that don’t share it. We can’t keep trusting a label when the portfolio says otherwise. That’s why we’re building @purefiapp. - Interest-free yield - Low-cost remittance to family back home, live in 100 countries - Built by Muslims who care where every dollar goes If your bank can quietly fund arms makers under a halal label, it was never your bank. Support our own. Build our own. Own our own.
Exclusive: The UK’s largest “sharia-compliant” fund, HSBC’s Islamic Global Equity Index Fund, has purchased more than $100m worth of shares in 5 companies linked to the Israeli military in the first half of this year, a @MiddleEastEye analysis can reveal middleeasteye.net/news/hsbc-…

Refuting this cos no Muslim has done so, and cos I like to shii on you guys. This screenshot has been doing the rounds on Reddit for years as a “colourism” gotcha. This is the first time I've seen it on Twitter. First, the hadith is not weak, and the issue isn’t its authenticity. It’s your reading of it. The line in that image calling blackness a “flaw” isn’t from the Prophet (SAW). It’s from an author, Hamad al-Tamimi, and I couldn’t find the original Arabic of his commentary anywhere online. If you can, share it. Either way, a commentator’s wording is not the Prophet’s, and no Muslim is bound by it. Now, the hadith itself: I added the actual Arabic version in my screenshot. The Arabic phrase is “bayyada Allahu wajhak”, an idiom for honour and vindication, not for changing someone’s skin colour. Arabs still say “bayyad Allah wajhak” today to mean “may Allah honour you”, even as a way of saying thanks. I have added screenshots to that effect, and you can also search for it to confirm. The Qur’an uses it exactly the same way: faces turning white and black on the Day of Judgment refer to the saved and the condemned (3:106-107), and a man’s face “darkens” with grief when he’s told of a daughter (16:58). Nobody’s skin changes colour in either verse. Besides, the man is also who listed these “defects”, and it is what he felt society held against him: his colour, his smell, his looks and his poverty. The Prophet (SAW) promised him Paradise and answered every one of those worries with honour, including his poverty, which nobody considers a moral flaw. And why fixate on this one narration? On skin colour itself, the Prophet (SAW) spoke repeatedly and without any ambiguity. He taught that Allah created Adam from soil gathered from all over the earth, so his children came in every colour (Tirmidhi 2955). In the Farewell Sermon, he said there is no superiority of white over black or black over white except by taqwa (Musnad Ahmad 22978). He told Abu Dharr he was no better than anyone of any colour except through taqwa (Musnad Ahmad 21407), and when the same Abu Dharr insulted a man through his black mother, he told him he still had jahiliyya, the ignorance of the pre-Islamic days, in him (Bukhari 30). When the Companions didn’t bother telling him that the black woman who cleaned the mosque had died, he went to her grave and prayed over her himself (Muslim 956). When you have clear, direct statements on colour with no idiom involved, the basic method of reading any text is that the clear explains the unclear, not the other way round.

The House of Saud is hated more than it is understood. Here’s a reminder of what Saudi Arabia has done for the Muslim world. They claim “Saudi only serves America.”
Yet this is the same country that wiped out Shirk, Bid’ah, magic and fortune-telling from its land. The same country that has provided $145.79 billion in assistance worldwide. The same country that expanded the Haramain so millions can perform Hajj and Umrah safely. The same country that rejected an Israeli proposal for military intervention in Yemen.
The same country that teaches its children to memorise the Qur’an and study pure Tawheed.
The same country that has built over 1,500 mosques, hundreds of Islamic centres, schools and hospitals across the globe. The same country that offers free Islamic education and runs Da’wah centres converting thousands every year.
The same country that has spent more than $8.5 billion through KSRelief on thousands of projects in 113 countries. The same country whose King Fahd Complex has freely distributed over 360 million Qurans, Hadith, Aqeedah, Tafsir and Fiqh books.
The same country that hosts millions of refugees, trains tens of thousands of students from 170+ nations at the Islamic University of Medina, and sends them home as callers to Tawheed.
The same country that stands as the main backer of the Yemeni government and protects the Haramain from the Houthis. The same country that was established on the word of Tawheed, not by democracy. The same country that delivers food, medical care, clean water, shelter, education and protection to vulnerable communities worldwide. The same country that pours billions into rebuilding Palestine and Syria, fights the RSF in Sudan, and repeatedly rescues Pakistan’s economy.
The same country that grew its sovereign wealth fund from $150 billion to a trillion and doubled its GDP. The same country that still refuses to recognise Israel and remains firm on the 1967 borders. The same country that pushes back against both Iranian and Israeli expansion.
The same country that trains and employs millions of Muslim expatriates who support families back home.
The same country that sent its forces to defend Bahrain when a Shia uprising tried to overthrow the government.
The same country that stood with Kuwait and helped drive out Saddam. The same country that crushed the Muslim Brotherhood and other extremist groups. The same country that supported Egypt during the Suez Crisis with political, financial and volunteer forces. The same country that eliminated the Kharijites who seized Masjid al-Haram in 1979. The same country that sent its soldiers to fight for Palestine in 1948, 1967, and 1973. The same country that neutralised threats and Shia uprisings in Qatif and Najran. The same country that implemented the oil embargo and brought the West to its knees. The same country that actively lobbied for the recognition of Palestinian statehood.
The same country that holds the power to block any Shiite expansion plan in the Gulf. The same country that united the prayer under one Imam in Masjid al-Haram and abolished the four musallas.
The same country that elevates scholars, enforces Shariah, and openly calls to Salafiyyah. The same country that dearly loves its people and the Muslims worldwide.
Saudi Arabia is not weak. It is playing the long game. Real, quiet service that does not create viral clips… but keeps the Ummah alive. They’re not infallible. We all make mistakes. Muslims around the globe should thank Allah for granting us strong leaders who protect the Muslims and unite the Ummah. May Allah forgive them for their shortcomings and bless them abundantly for their services.

They’re practically saying they want to force us to touch their women “PLEASE PLEASE TOUCH MY DAUGHTER” “PLEASE TOUCH MY WIFE” “PLEASE TOUCH MY SISTER” Bro chill with the cuckoldry stuff man Just because you let any tom dick or Harry shake hands, hug, kiss and sleep with your womenfolk doesn’t mean we will stoop to that level and aid you in your cuckold fantasy And as for this nonsense: “Shaking hands is just about respect” Let me tell you this: Touching a person of the opposite sex who is not your spouse or immediate family is the ultimate disrespect, and refraining from touching someone you have no right touch is the ultimate sign of respect. Only specific people were allowed to touch queen elizabeth We believe the same right is owed to ALL women. Not any man can touch a woman: only her husband, father, brother, son, grandfather, grandson, uncle, etc Similarly, not any woman can touch a man: only his wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, etc.
A young Muslim boy avoids physical contact with a woman. 😍✨

This is a proof that Sunnah is equal to the Qur'an in terms of authority. By saying so, we are not equating Prophet Muhammad pbuh with Allah. But we are equating Allah's authority vested in both the Qur'an and Sunnah. The Qur'an doesn't need validation from Sunnah, and vice versa
💢 The man who made our Prophet (ﷺ) laugh so hard that his teeth became visible 😂 Abu Hurairah (ra) narrates: While we were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ), a man came and said: —O Messenger of Allah! I am ruined. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) asked him: —“What happened to you?” The man replied: —I had sexual intercourse with my wife while I was fasting. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: —“Can you find a slave to free?” The man said: No. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: —“Can you fast for two consecutive months?” The man said: No. (I couldn’t even last 30 days.) The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: —“Can you feed sixty poor people?” The man said: No. Abu Hurairah (ra) said: The Prophet (ﷺ) waited for a while. While we were still sitting like that, a container full of dates was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ). He said: —“Where is the man who asked the question?” The man said: Here I am. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: —“Take this and give it in charity to the poor.” The man said: —Should I give it to someone poorer than me? O Messenger of Allah! By Allah, you will not find a family poorer and more needy than mine between these two black hills of Medina. Upon hearing this, the Prophet (ﷺ) laughed until his teeth became visible. 😂 Then he said: —“Alright then, feed this to your family.”
