Less than a year ago I joined TikiAnaly, pulled in by the mission and where it was headed. I still remember my first task clearly: optimize the web app to 90+ on every metric. I hadn't discovered AI yet at the time, and the task felt above my level, but I didn't flinch or reject it. I learned and pulled it off. We've come a long way since then. Seeing code I wrote back then turn into something that competes with SofaScore and LiveScore, and will beat them at their own game, there's no feeling like it. TikiAnaly has pushed me to my limits more than once, and each time it forced me to evolve. Good teamwork, solid chore management, and a CEO who actually shows up for the team.
