Don’t know that I’ll get much reading done over the weekend, what with being at #BloodyScotland, but starting a new book tonight: @LawrenceBlock’s @HardCaseCrime release #Borderline… looking forward to delving into it! #NowReading #AmReading #BookTwitter

I don't know why the MAGA crowd is in an uproar over Taylor Swift endorsing @KamalaHarris . Who is she compared to the awesome, global star power of Hulk Hogan, Scott Baio, Kevin Sorbo & Kid Rock?

Not half chuffed to be called “venerable” by the man himself!
This is the 1987 Chinese edition of the recently-republished (by @HardCaseCrime) novel INTO THE NIGHT, begun by me and completed by the venerable @LawrenceBlock.

Thanks to years of reading recommendations of his friend Donald E. Westlake in essays by @LawrenceBlock, I finally picked up my first Westlake novel, "The Hot Rock," and it was wonderful. It reads like vintage Block. I've got a lot of great reading to look forward to.
My pleasure. Those things are usually pap, and this one wasn’t. I read it aloud to Lynne.

I may be late to the party, but I just read @HarlanCoben’s interview in the Guardian and it’s terrific. You’ll have to Google it yourselves.

I wrote this review of the book when it first came out. I don’t use the blog site anymore so photobucket is doing something weird with the pictures I chose, but it gives a good summation of what I think is an all-timer.
