Today we celebrate the heart of student care, our incredible school nurses! 💙🩺
From comforting worried students and caring for bumps and bruises to managing medications, health plans, and emergencies, school nurses do so much more than people realize. They are calm in the chaos, compassionate listeners and true advocates for the health and well-being of every child.
Thank you for the countless ways you care for our students, staff and families each and every day. Your kindness, dedication, and patience do not go unnoticed. Happy School Nurses Day! 🍎✨ #LockHeartForPeople #LISDWeAreHere
