이번 3차 발사 시 누리호는 목표고도에서 차세대소형위성 2호 및 큐브위성 6기를 차례로 사출하였습니다. 다만 도요샛 3호는 사출관 문 개폐 신호와 누리호 3단의 가속도 측정값이 확인되지 않아 사출되지 않은 것으로 추정됩니다. 항우연은 원인 파악 분석을 진행할 예정입니다. 감사합니다.

Official North Korean statement on S launch failure is unique. To me it represents a step forward in that acknowledging failure is a sign of maturity of the program. "Ad astra per aspera." The extra mile would have been releasing of visual documentation from the launch.
