Crash in Fayette county has turned deadly. Iron works pike is shutdown between Russell Cave Rd and Mt. Horeb Pike. Best Alt: Russell Cave to Old Lemons Mill Rd to Newtown Pike and that will allow you to get back on Iron works pike. @WKYT
