Hey @grok How many times has Kaja Kallas called upon Israel to stop killing children in Gaza? Start with the number.
Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia are unacceptable and sabotage the global economy. I spoke with @FaisalbinFarhan about diplomatic efforts to end the fighting in Yemen and restore freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. Maritime passage must be unimpeded and toll-free. Europe is helping protect shipping in the Red Sea from Houthi attacks. Given the worsening security situation, EU Operation ASPIDES has raised the alert level of its vessels as it continues its escort duties.

The US Navy can’t get within 400 km of the Persian Gulf for fear Iran will strike an aircraft carrier. What makes these lunatics in the US warmongering establishment think they can SINK China’s Navy? Yet they’re planning for it anyway. militarytimes.com/news/your-…

EXCLUSIVE INVESTIGATION: Some market and oil analysts are absolutely clueless about the depth of the damage that Aramco has experienced in Saudi Arabia at the 3 pumping stations... The Ansrallah Houthi strikes on the three Saudi Aramco Pumping Stations (PS) was more likely than NOT facilitated with someone that had insider knowledge or working for Saudi Aramco that sold information to the Houthis. After a 5 day investigation, I assess with high confidence that that the information was either sold to the Houthis OR they have a sympathizer working inside Aramco that gave them VERY specific technical information which enabled the missile strikes. Why do I say this? Because the Houthi military's target selection cell had too much technical details which enabled such a devastating blow, the target selection was far too sophisticated... They hit Pumping Station #8, PS #9 and PS #11 AND then the Yanbu terminal. They did not hit PS 1 or any of the other sequence of pumping stations, WHY? Because they knew or were told that if they strike PS 8, PS 9 and PS11, they would essentially decommissioned at least 400km of oil flow by striking the 3 Pumping Stations with multiple ballistic and drone strikes. But what's also interesting is that some of these pumping stations are soo remote you cannot necessarily drive to them, or bring in the necessary crew needed, hence Aramco will have to fly the crew and the equipment to the site and for instance, PS #9 that was hit has its own airport at the pumping stations so they have fly everyone in and out daily. They hit the pumps at highest elevation disabling any type of potential bypass or redundancy that can kick in. This will likely take at least 3 to 6 months to repair. Not weeks!! 🚨 Russia isn't bombing Ukraine's trains to kill passengers. It's bombing the locomotives. Why? Because Ukraine can't replace them. 500+ locomotives destroyed since 2022. More than half this year alone. 249 passenger carriages lost. 1,500+ attacks in 2026. The trick: Ukraine's rail gauge is 1,520mm. Europe's is 1,435mm. EU locomotives can't run on Ukrainian tracks. Carriages can swap bogies at the border. Locomotives can't. The engine is built into the bogie. Ukraine's FM Sybiha: "We urgently need locomotives compatible with 1,520mm gauge." Only Finland and the Baltics have compatible stock. Russia isn't targeting civilians. It's strangling logistics. ➡️ The goal: paralyse, not massacre. ➡️ The method: precision drones hunting moving trains. ➡️ The result: 40% of rolling stock lost. 👇 Full analysis in first comment. #Ukraine #RailWar #Russia #Logistics #Geopolitics #Infrastructure #MoD #NATO *Independent analysis. NATO war propaganda insists that Russia has suffered higher casualties than Ukraine and is making no territorial gains. The evidence proves the opposite, but NATO narratives appear immune to facts. To convince its public that NATO is “helping Ukraine,” rather than managing a proxy war to the last Ukrainian, it is imperative not to defend the narrative against inconvenient facts.

We may now be looking at a scenario where both Saudi and Libyan oil cargoes go offline simultaneously, while Persian Gulf exports are already significantly curtailed There is no parallel in economic history for what we are witnessing

The US is considering halting diesel exports. The US is the world's largest diesel exporter... Russia, the 2nd largest, has already halted exports. A US export ban would send global diesel prices even higher and force countries like Japan to dump USTs to fund their domestic needs. In other words, imposing an export ban on diesel would blow up the UST market. There are no easy solutions anymore. We don't own enough hard assets for what's coming.

JD Vance making clear the U.S. wants no part of the fighting in Yemen, refers to Saudi Arabia and the UAE as countries that are affected by it, conspicuously leaving the U.S. out of that list. The U.S. ruthlessly pummeled Ansarallah last year and it had no effect at all. Looks like we have no plans to touch that hot stove again.

Washington set out in the spring to blockade Iran. The analysts we track spent the past day describing a blockade that now runs the other way. Robert Pape describes Iran, the Houthis, the IRGC advisers he says have been in Yemen since mid-July and the Iraqi Shia militias as running a single coordinated campaign against three targets: the Strait of Hormuz, the Bab el-Mandeb and the Saudi East-West pipeline. "They're tightening the noose in a coherent strategic manner increment by increment," per Robert Pape. The past three days were the decisive increment, in his account: "this last 72 hours was a huge huge move in that direction." He expects Riyadh to try to patch the pipeline within a week or two. That is a repair estimate, not a solution. A patched line can be struck again. Nima Alkhorshid, on Dialogue Works: "Saudi Arabia is losing and has lost in my opinion. There is no way for Saudi Arabia to get back in Yemen." Saudi exports, in his account, have "collapsed totally" after the strikes on the East-West pipeline and Jizan, with no repair timeline he can find. The footage below is what those claims rest on: American-built armor leaving Mokha under Houthi colours, and a Red Sea coastline that changed hands with it. "Iran is not taking its foot off our throat," per Pape, "it's putting their foot on our throat." The two chokepoints and the pipeline that were meant to squeeze Iran are squeezing the Gulf exporters instead. The blockade has changed hands. Full debrief: ruinsreport.com/posts/debrie…
