Okay, Street Fighter fans and critics, what do you think of the Street Fighter II scene in City Hunter (1993)?

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is getting roasted over the difference between its promo art and the actual in-game models. The character looks great in the promotional artwork, then you see the in-game version and… yeah, the difference is pretty noticeable. Fans are joking with “burger in the ad vs. the burger on your plate” The developers have said they’re proud of the character designs, but the female characters designs are not near appealing as older games

This isn't new, it's always been like this. But I think one of the main reasons is that fighting games are niche and very complex, so you get very little recognition. There are so many layers of knowledge and so many different interpretations of the game itself that people often don't feel understood or acknowledged. You spend years learning a game and then someone tells you that you still can't play. That's when the dog-chasing-its-own-tail behavior kicks in: you do everything to reach a goal, but nobody recognizes it. So you carry that attitude with you and keep playing, hoping it fades. But in a small community, the cycle never breaks. It doesn't excuse certain behavior, but maybe it helps explain it. Welcoming newcomers is good for everyone 💜
Never realized how toxic and annoying legacy Tekken players were until Tekken 6 got rollback. I prefer older Tekken games and started with T6 but y'all are being insufferable. Boasting about beating T8 players and bullying instead of welcoming them, actual cornball behavior 😭💀

RESIDENT EVIL: SHATTERED Coming for v0.1.7 | 4P play! Here's some footage under the testing, done in the HARASSMENT MODE which puts (obviusly and uncanon and funny mode) Mr. X and Nemesis in the scenario 100% of the time wandering around, non killable, but if you down them, you get rewards, but they will get back up eventually! Stay tuned for 0.1.7!

> Game series based on Russian book series > The author still works with the studio > Pretty much most of the fans of Metro are from Russia (infact they have numerous book spinoffs( > No Russian language
#Metro2039 will not feature Russian language support. You can forget about subtitles altogether. The game is already available for pre-order at $70, with the Deluxe Edition priced at $100. Steam page: store.steampowered.com/app/2…
