This week we saw the 1st day of the end of @SouthwestAir. They abandoned everything that made them unique and customer focused to squeeze out more $ per psgr. We’ve been vocal why we loved them and remained loyal and they told us to gfy.

Reaction says it all. Venezuelans are some of the proudest, smartest, and most intelligent people on this planet. They get it, and they’ll go from the poorest to the richest nation in Latin America within 10 years.

I swear, @Walmart is the only place you’re all but forced to use the self-checkout, then have an option to decline a paper receipt, then get strip searched by a 87 yo retired TSA agent at the exit for not being able to show a paper receipt.
