Trump claims Ukraine has given America nothing. Vitalii Ovcharenko just reminded him exactly what Ukraine gave: 18 soldiers who never came home from Iraq while supporting US operations. 18 lives. 18 families left behind. These are the names that must be remembered: • Yurii Koidan • Serhii Suslov • Oleksii Bondarenko • Ruslan Androshchuk • Kostiantyn Mykhalev • Yaroslav Zlochevskyi • Roman Henzerskyi • Yurii Ivanov • Oleh Tykhonov • Oleh Matizhev • Yurii Zahrai • Serhii Andrushchenko • Valeriy Brazhevskyi • Oleksandr Katsarskyi • Andrii Sitnykov • Vira Petryk • Volodymyr Sedoi • Roman Serednytskyi They died in a war America started. Their sacrifice is not “nothing.” When Trump runs his mouth about what Ukraine owes the United States, these 18 graves answer him. Ukraine paid in blood long before Putin’s full-scale invasion. Those who forget that history have no right to lecture Kyiv on gratitude. The fallen returned home so that American politicians could later treat their country as a case for handouts. Their memory demands respect, not cheap campaign rhetoric. (912 characters)

The Trump administration argued in a new filing that plans for the large-scale redesign of D.C.’s East Potomac Park are not final and should not face judicial review. The filing comes hours after Trump announced a Nov. 15 start date for construction. washingtonsun.com/metro/trum…

Having no warning about incoming ballistics is an issue deeply personal to every Kharkiv citizen. Because of our proximity to the border, and Western weapon use restrictions that were in place, we have lived through years of sudden Russian ballistic strikes. I have written many times that I would give anything for the kind of warnings other cities receive. A warning that gives a chance to survive. Without it, people have none if they happen to be in the wrong place. That is why withholding this intelligence is terrifying. Today, ballistics slammed into Kyiv again without warning because launch data was not shared. If it is deliberate, It is appalling. They saw the launch and simply chose not to share it. Warning us costs the US nothing, it takes away no resources, no money, no equipment. Yet they watched a missile head toward a capital of three million people and stayed silent, stripping innocent people of their chance to survive. To pressure Ukraine into surrender through petty political tactics that wont work.
Another Russian ballistic missile attack came in several waves overnight, and once again, there was no early warning from our partners. They again targeted energy facilities and infrastructure, but a medical clinic, a school, a metro station, and ordinary residential buildings were also damaged. In total, the Russians launched 16 ballistic missiles in a deliberate attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The Russians also launched more than 200 drones of various types, including jet-powered “shaheds,” with attacks spanning from the Kharkiv and Dnipro regions to the Volyn, Rivne, and Odesa regions. Sadly, there are casualties. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Those who were injured are receiving assistance. Overnight and this morning, Russia attacked energy facilities in the Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, Ternopil, Odesa, and Rivne regions. In this one night alone, more than 10 energy infrastructure facilities were damaged, and the lights went out for at least 550,000 families. Repair crews are working at the sites. Ukraine never wanted this war, and we have welcomed literally EVERY attempt by our partners to bring this war to a dignified end. We have responded positively to EVERY ceasefire proposal. Russia's response, time and again, has been ballistic missiles, “shaheds,” and killings. Putin not only doesn't want to end this war – he doesn't even want to take any steps toward de-escalation. EVERY ONE of our partners has experienced this firsthand when they heard Russia's refusals. And it is crucial to call things what they are. To call the aggressor an aggressor and help Ukraine defend lives. When deliveries of missiles for Ukraine's air defense are blocked while Russia is granted relief or delays in sanctions, this is, unfortunately, a denial of reality on the part of our partners. The reality is that the war continues, and it continues solely because of Russian strikes and Russia's desire to drag this war out. I thank everyone who recognizes this reality and helps Ukraine!

Ukraine isn't asking you to win its war. It's asking you to stop making Putin's life easier!
🇺🇦 Zelenskyy delivers a blunt message to the United States: “Just give us Starlink back. If you refuse, Ukraine will survive. We will continue defending ourselves with or without it. But why would you restrict a country fighting for its survival? Why make it harder for us to defend our people? I simply cannot understand the reasoning behind this decision. It is a mistake.” Ukraine isn’t asking America to fight its war. It’s asking America not to stand in the way of its defense.

Trump says it’s not possible to fund Medicaid, Medicare, and daycare. So how is it possible to fund ballrooms and revamp golf courses?

I know so many people who were Trump fans, “Shaun, Trump could be good for Ukraine” Now even many of those are of the understanding that Trump is owned by the Kremlin, enabling Putin to target Ukrainian civilians indefinitely. Enough is enough

"It’s sort of the worst-case scenario" @WABADC exec. director tells @washsunmetro “The recreation landscape [will be] so horrifically changed ... There’s no room for biking, bird-watching, running, for all of the public uses that Hains point has had for 100 years.”

Russian tourists have no place in the EU while the war continues. Until the last Russian soldier leaves Ukraine, we should stop issuing tourist visas to Russian citizens. Do you agree?

Only our cowardice stops us in Europe from sending air defense batteries and fighter jets to defend Ukraine's skies. Defending the whole country would be complicated and risky, but we could start small, for example by protecting parts of western Ukraine

MASSIVE BOMBSHELL: DAN GOLDMAN UNLEASHES TRUTH! Congressman Goldman just went live with FBI 302 receipts. Evidence shows Trump unzipped his pants, forced a 13-year-old’s head down, and when she bit his p*nis in self-defense, he punched her and called her a "B." The FBI interviewed her FOUR times while the case was buried. Pam Bondi lied to Congress, claiming “no evidence” of these crimes while sitting on files describing this exact assault. This is perjury and a cover-up for a predator. You don’t get to "save the kids" while your AG hides files of a child being beaten for fighting back. History will remember the enablers. We stand with the children who bit back.

Ten years ago today, she called him Putin's puppet. Ten years ago and she was right. Imagine these last ten years if more people had believed her. And in two weeks, we need to vote out every lawmaker who didn't believe her, including all those who did but didn't care.

When the Wall Street Journal (owned by Murdoch who also owns Fox News) calls Trump “Mr Putin’s best friend in the world” it is time for Republicans to stand up to this guy. What he is doing is against everything our country stands for. Sickening.

When Trump says the Ukraine does not want to end the war, what he is really saying is that Ukraine does not want to surrender to a deal that he has worked out with Putin which would see the Ukrainians hand over more of their land and people. Speaking the truth is important.

Eagles HC Nick Sirianni (if he was fully aware of the situation), along with the entire medical staff, need to be let go over the Jalen Hurts situation. Hurts was told not to sleep, for his safety, after a blood clot was found, and then played a football game on 36 hours of no sleep in London. Now more blood clots have been found and he's out for the season. The level of disregard for his safety and well-being is astounding. People need to be fired. A LOT of people need to be fired.

For over 100 years, D.C. has had a public golf course. Trump wants to turn it into a P.G.A. course that we will pay for where only the elites can play. And that is how the rich fleece America. The removal of trees is because Trump sucks at golf & would be in the trees all day.
