#Radar traffic data continues to show decreased levels of activity 6 days after the first Ukrainian drone strike on #Yandex data centers. Relative to the prior week, traffic levels have decreased by approximately 89%.
Note: Traffic data in Radar includes both bot and human traffic. "Bot traffic" refers to automated requests to websites on Cloudflare's network, such as crawlers and scripts, not necessarily activity on social media platforms.

The third Yandex data center hit by drones since Oct 7. Traffic from YANDEX (AS13238) was already ~35% lower after the Sasovo strike, then fell 99% vs. last week at ~00:30 UTC Oct 11, as its Vladimir site shut down, per the company.

Tonight, I signed an executive order appointing Attorney General Letitia James as special prosecutor in the Cornell sexual assault case.
New information has raised serious questions about how this case was handled, and I’ve lost faith in the Tompkins County DA’s ability to fairly oversee it.
The young woman at the center of this case deserves to know that every fact will be examined and justice pursued.
