Universities should start negotiating clauses in coaches contracts to either prohibit or penalize coaches for interviewing with other programs during the season.
Signing MOU’s or even definitive contracts while still employed and in the middle of a season elsewhere should be grounds for damages beyond a defined buyout.
Imagine the potential losses UNT faces now with their head coach leaving while sitting 10-1 and on the brink of a championship and the CFP.
Millions of dollars in revenue potentially lost because of no fault of their own. They may be getting a buyout, but the potential losses are much higher than that. And it sucks for the fans.
This needs to be fixed ASAP

The abortion rights measure in Florida 'lost' with 57% of the vote and 1.5 million more votes than the opposition.
And for what it's worth: Amendment 4 got a million more votes than Ron DeSantis did in 2022

These are the companies that financed an amendment to Florida's Constitution in 2006 that required all future constitutional amendments to get 60 percent of the vote to pass.
And that 2006 amendment passed even though it failed to get 60 percent itself.

A state where 57 percent of voters want to eliminate government interference with abortion has a Legislature that imposed a near-total ban on abortion.
Congratulations Florida. You continue to embarrass yourself. Someone calls you literal trash, you think it’s a joke. Women tell you to support them, and you deem them not worth your time. Florida is the actual joke that you continuously never get.
