I’d offer a 2017 1st for Wilson, a 2027 3rd for Downs or Thomas Jr, a 2027 4th for Bateman, and nothing higher than a 6th for Jeudy.
In the past 5 drafts the Chiefs have only selected 6 offensive players in the top 100. Two (Moore & Morris) didn’t even finish their rookie contract with KC. One (Simmons) goes AWOL, one has been suspended (Rice), one can’t track a pass (Worthy), and the other is a guard (KS76).
The Colts have shed over $50M in payroll (aside from what has already been paid out in 2026).
Now if they want to part with another aging vet on an expiring deal, Keenan Allen shouldn’t cost much.
And sadly, he has more catches and yards than any Chiefs WR in 2026.
I love the physicality Sneed brings but he’s looking like Dunta Robinson did in the playoff game vs the Colts. It’s time for the Oregon kid to suit up and give it a try.
If only the Chiefs front office could have known in the offseason that the receiver room wasn’t very good… you know, like 2/3 of the fanbase did.
Look at the bright side. The Chiefs usually play at least one dumpster fire game like this per year, and those are usually against someone like the Titans. At least the Seahawks are respectable so this is less embarrassing.

Even if Butker hits it, you’re relying on your defense to allow 0 points this next drive or else it’s a two-score game with, what, 5 minutes left?
