The best part of performing is how I can fire up people and foster connection between colleagues with some cool magic tricks!
I've spent over a decade doing this: turning ordinary events into insanely memorable spectacles of the mind. I've captivated Fortune 500 executives and everyday audiences alike, fusing razor-sharp sleight-of-hand with illusions that feel impossibly real. This entertainment can be done close-up during the cocktail hour, or on stage in front of everyone.
In close-up mind reading, I roam your cocktail reception or corporate mixer like a shadow, inches from faces, peeling back hidden thoughts, guessing impossible details, and sparking that electric "how did he know?" ripple through the room. This is also a great way to foster connections between your colleagues, giving people the ultimate ice breaker.
When it comes to stage mind reading, my show is the perfect nightcap for your event: high-energy predictions of numbers and names pulled straight from the thin air, with dozens of people getting involved, turning after-dinner slots, sales kickoffs, or awards nights into shared triumphs that blend awe with adrenaline.
But if you want action in addition to entertainment, my keynotes are just for you.
My keynote speech, Predictable Mastery, is designed to get your entire team fired about their goals, identify roadblocks, and create a plan of action to achieve them. I show them how to create systems to move them closer to their goals daily with SMART steps. Achieving the impossible isn't magic; it's the result of well-structured systems and crystal clear goals. Just as I perform miracles on stage, I'll show them how to do the impossible in their own lives.
If you have a company event or conference coming up, let me know and I'll be happy to jump on a call with you. Reach out to me at predictablemastery.com/
Question for performers: magicians, comedians, DJs, musicians, speakers. If you want to use AI in your business but honestly have no idea what it can help with, I'm looking for a few people to test something with me for free. Reply or DM me.
People are missing the point of today's demo.
1: It's ok to do cool things for the sake of being cool; and this is insanely cool.
2: It's a proof of concept for what Tesla (and SpaceX) will be doing in the future.
3: It's a testament to human achievement.
This is the perfect way for artists to use ai to their advantage. It doesn't need to replace their creative stuff, but it absolutely can save them time and money by building software to help them publish said creative stuff
I've taken this mentality to every SaaS product. Most of the time it's wrong, but this mindset is useful way more than you'd think.
Lovable is a scam.
So is Replit, Base44, Framer, and all AI website builders.
These are for low IQ people who don’t know how to use AI and fall for SaaS marketing gimmicks.
You are paying a premium for less usage, shittier models, shittier websites, and hand cuffing yourself to a SaaS ecosystem you don’t control.
A $100/month Claude Max plan (or ChatGPT Pro) is a better solution BY FAR
The arts are actually totally safe from AI. Only bad artists are at risk of losing their jobs. Artists who strive for excellence will see AI as an amazing opportunity.
I first saw The Killers in 2018 in Boston. What blew me away was Brandon coming back out for the encore wearing an over the top gold sequin suit and launching into The Calling. One of their most underrated. I didn't know many of their songs at the time, but I became a huge fan afterwards. My future wife was also in the crowd, and we'd meet a month later.
9-5 is the furthest thing from a trap, and anyone telling you otherwise knows extremely little or is trying to sell you something.
Stories with nuanced bad guys can be interesting, but most of the time in fantasy stories it's good to have purely evil antagonist with no redeaming qualities.
My dear Wormwood,
You still think in terms of churches and arguments. That is why you fail. The churches can be left standing. What must be spoiled is the literature that taught the young to love the Enemy before they could define Him.
Narnia is one of the more irritating of those books. Children meet Aslan first as adventure and only later discover they have been handling Christ. That is dangerous. Direct attack only makes the stories more precious. So we do not ban them. We adapt them.
Give the Voice to a so-called celebrated actress. Leave the mane. Leave the pronouns. Then the thing that was a male Christ-supposition becomes a prestige performance. The story remains famous; the meaning becomes negotiable. In a generation the story will still be beloved, but the beloved thing will no longer be Lewis’s Lion. It will be the version that flatters the age.
That is how the Enemies literature is destroyed without the vulgarity of a bonfire. Keep the title. Change the sound. When the children hear Aslan, let them hear the present century speaking through Him. Once that habit is formed, the Enemies stories survive as brands. Their doctrine does not.
Do not call it persecution. Call it interpretation. The patients prefer that word, and it does our work admirably.
Your affectionate uncle,
SCREWTAPE
This is such a key part of being a mentalist. If I mess up, the audience doesn't know where I was supposed to end up anyways, so I guide them along a new path and their just as happy.
