How is Started vs How it’s Going… From training guys like my OG @tj_harmon in a leaky sun room that was single digit temperatures in mid winter to a million dollar facility with HVAC (LOL)! From Building D1 Athletes in a Sun Room to Building even more! #LTSquad #Toughness #Grit

HOMER ALERT! Shoutout to our guy @Kylan_Rohler for this no doubter leaving the yard during @Harrisonbsball Fall World Series! We’ve been working on staying balanced and on the back side in lessons and dude is showing it! The IMPROVEMENT in all our hitters and pitchers already this off season has us super excited for the rest of the off season! #homerun #baseball #training #strength #power

Velo & Arm Care Class guys getting after it with our recovery water ball work! We’ve been developing elite throwers, hitters, & pitchers for a long time. We do it so well, that other facilities constantly try to poach our guys even by offering “free” sessions. What a compliment that is!! And shows how loyal our LT studs are! Build Hammers, Not Posers. #training #development #baseball #softball #workout LTSQUAD HFD FYKE

Wrestler of the week last week!! We love having Drew in the room! Drew has gained a lot of ground in his wrestling, a toughness since the first day we met him. He is now one of the more dominant wrestlers in our elementary practice group! Glad to have you back in the room Drew!

Nate Dohm was consistently sitting 97-98 mph on his fastball in his AA debut, touched 99. Threw a really solid high 80s slider off of it.
