Thankful for all the friends who've stopped by recently 🥰 Thank you to everyone who has always supported us over the years. Thank you for spreading the love, and thank you for allowing us to be part of all your traditions. #HappyThanksgiving ❤️🍏 - Laird & Company

Lisa Laird welcomes Chef Walter Staib of @ATasteOfHistory to our VA & NJ locations and gave Chef the royal applejack treatment 👑 Our episode of A Taste of History won't air until next year, but we're super excited to see the applejack-inspired dishes that Chef whips up 🍎🍲🍰

Letting our friends from @amoryamargo try their hands at busting open some of our barrels. We think they did pretty well 😎 @CreativeDrunk still needs to give it a whirl! #LairdandCompany #AmorYAmargo #BarrelBusting #Barrels #TuesdayTipple

Who's ready to get schooled in Applejack ALL WEEKEND LONG? 🙋 Check out this epic itinerary we have planned with @ciderchat and get your tickets here ➡️ loom.ly/DiM9pM4

How to read the top of an apple brandy barrel ➡️ 🍎 DSP VA-5 = Distilled Spirits Plant Virginia No. 5. 🍏 RC = This barrel holds 53 gallons of pure apple brandy. 🍎 OP = Original Proof, 130. 🍏 15E07 = Year, Month, and Day that the barrel was filled, May 7, 2015. #FunFactFriday

Don't mind us, we're just crushing some apples for your future sipping and mixing pleasure 😌🍎🍏 #LairdandCompany #LairdsApplejack #ItsAppleSeason #ItsApplejackSeason #MakeItWithLairds #Since1780 #NorthGarden #Virginia

This apple season just got SO much better - we're installing new fermentation tanks at our North Garden distillery 🤩😍 You know what that means? Even MORE apple brandy will be coming your way! Who's ready for fall? 🙋🍂 #LairdsApplejack #KingOfFall #AppleSeason

Did you know that we had 3 distilleries operating simultaneously in the 1900s? The first photo is of our North Garden, VA distillery, which is still operating to this day; the second photo is from Lyons, New York. And last but certainly not least is our Scobeyville HQ 😎

It's the most wonderful time of the year! And by that we mean apple season 🍎🍏 Apple crushing has commenced down in North Garden, so the applejack will be flowing back up to Scobeyville in no time. #LairdandCompany #LairdsApplejack #AppleSeason #KingOfFall #TuesdayTipple

Still on a high from #TalesOfTheCocktail 😍 Jewel of the South's bar director Chris Hannah teamed up with award-winning mixologist Meaghan Dorman to create some uniquely satisfying Laird's Applejack cocktails 😋 Which one would you try?! #LairdandCompany #ThirstyThursday #TBT

You can find these historical treasures behind our Scobeyville office. It's not the same as driving 88 mph in a Delorean and actually visiting the past, but we think of this as our own little time capsule ☺️ #LairdandCompany #AmericanHIstory #Applejack #LairdsApplejack

If only you could smell the amazingness inside our Bonded Warehouse No. 1 🤤 How many barrels do you think we currently have ageing?! #LairdandCompany #TuesdayTipple #Applejack

We don't mean to brag, but in addition to being #AmericasOldestDistillers and #AmericasOldestSpirit, Laird & Company was granted the FIRST EVER bonded warehouse in the country post Prohibition! #LairdandCompany #TriviaTuesday #LairdsApplejack #AmericanHistory #Prohibition

Before Prohibition ended, we were granted a Federal License to start producing Applejack for "medicinal purposes". The saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" really came through for us 😉 Pictured here is our first barrel of applejack we filled post Prohibition in 1934.

As the nation's oldest distillers, we've overcome many trials and tribulations - the most famous one of them being Prohibition. So how did we survive the dry era? We kept ourselves afloat by producing and selling applesauce. 🍎 #LairdandCompany #FunFactFriday #FlashbackFriday

This is the oldest bottle of Laird's Apple Brandy that we own, dated back to the 1800s! We do not recommend drinking the contents of this bottle, but enjoying a bottle of our Straight Apple Brandy is the next best thing 🥃🍎🍏 #ThrowbackThursday #LairdsApplejack #TBT

🎶 Pour some applejack on meee 🎤 @sandiegofoodie2 whips up an Apple Car and an Apple Snap. Which one would you choose? 🍎 🚗 😋 #LairdandCompany #MondayMood #Applejack #Cheers

The Lairds have been producing and perfecting applejack since 1698. So why do we go by the phrase "Since 1780"? Sure, we'd been selling our applejack for almost a century beforehand, but our first legal transaction was finally put on the books in 1780. #LairdandCompany

Just because Applejack is the king of fall doesn't mean you can't enjoy it in a refreshing summer cocktail to cool down 😎 @Vijetagupta11 is starting the season off the right way, are you? 🥃☀️ #LairdandCompany #LairdsApplejack #WeekendVibes #Summer
