No one forced Plaintiff to file this lawsuit and to dispute that his speech on January 6 incited the violence that followed at the Capitol. But as long as he chooses to maintain the case, he cannot commit the fundamental injustice of preventing the BBC from obtaining the evidence it needs to robustly defend itself on every element of his claim, including Plaintiff’s burden to prove falsity.

trump announced a new women’s health initiative today. During the ceremony, he actually asked, “Who the hell wouldn’t have a women’s health division?” Great question donny. 🥴 The NIH has had an Office of Research on Women’s Health since 1990. And it gets even dum(b)er. His executive order actually revokes Biden’s women’s health research initiative, which had already received nearly $1 billion in federal funding. The new initiative doesn’t specify any new research funding. I’m all for expanding women’s healthcare and research. But this is yet another example of trump just throwing his name on something and taking credit, that he doesn’t deserve.
