Delighted to formally announce the launch of our @NIHRresearch Global Health Research Groups Collaboration between @QMUL_CEG, @medcmuofficial in Chiang Mai, Thailand and @LSHTM exploring how to use Learning Health Systems to improve care for long-term conditions in primary care.

This research in @bmj_latest compared the effectiveness of three antidiabetic drugs for people with type 2 #diabetes mellitus.
SGLT-2 inhibitors were more effective second line treatments compared with DPP-4 inhibitors or sulfonylureas, @pbidulka
