🚨An Egyptian-born Canadian academic and former Columbia University visiting professor told Claremont Colleges students to emulate Hamas and wage war on America. ⠀ Mohamed Abdou spoke at the October 7, 2026 event “Re-Igniting Student Organizing Against Settler-Colonial Amerika,” organized by a student group on the third anniversary of Hamas’s attacks. He said “Organizing requires secrecy. It requires deception. It requires being quiet, going underground.” He then stated “We need to become like Al-Qassam. We need to become like Hamas, like Islamic Jihad.” ⠀ Abdou asked whether Arab, Muslim and Palestinian communities would “wage war on behalf of justice? Against injustice, which is what America stands for. To deal with Great Satan. To deliver a blow and death to America.” He has previously posted that he was “with Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad.” ⠀ Abdou’s path ran through American universities including Cornell and Columbia, where he taught before the school’s president told Congress he would never work there again. The Muslim Students Association, founded in 1963 with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, now operates hundreds of chapters and has served as an entry point for Islamic organizing on U.S. campuses since the 1960s. ⠀ Mosque numbers in the United States rose from roughly 1,200 in 2000 to 2,769 in 2020. Full-time Muslim chaplains now serve at about 80 universities. Police say Devon Whaley EXECUTED Rasheka Crudup in North Carolin... after he was freed from prison on a prior sho*ting conviction. ⠀ Whaley pleaded guilty in 2017 to as$ault with a de*dly weapon with intent to k*ll after he sh*t a woman and took their one-year-old child. He was released from prison in 2024. ⠀ Court records show pending domestic violence charges from January 2026. He was on probation at the time of the October incident after a May conviction for as$ault on a female. ⠀ Franklin County Sheriff Kevin White said Whaley has a record that includes prior cases involving drugs, kidn-pping, as$ault and attempted m*rder. Whaley was arrested the same day and is held without bond. ⠀ A second person, Tyrone Crudup, faces an accessory after the fact charge. Authorities allege he assisted after the fact by cleaning a vehicle and disposing of clothing. ⠀ The 2017 conviction carried a multi-year prison sentence.
