Exxon and Chevron both report earnings today. They spent over a year fighting in arbitration over an oil field off the coast of Guyana.
Now they’re business partners on it.

Gloam’s first holder vote is live.
Privacy is the whole point of Gloam, and robinhood:0xdcd885f5c60b3ad49f6d58718696417314e8724d holders should have a say in where it goes next.
Today you get it on three questions:
1. What should Gloam add to private swaps next?
2. Which chain should Gloam go live on next?
3. Which kind of app should Gloam integrate first?
Connect your wallet, pick your answers, and sign.
Every vote is public with its signature, so anyone can recount the result and nobody has to take our word for it.
Private voting is next on the roadmap: you’ll prove your balance with a zero-knowledge proof and vote without showing your wallet or how you voted.
Your voice deserves the same privacy as your money.
Votes open until Sunday, 11pm UTC:

366 mainnet transactions in our first 3 days.
222 of them were private transfers: money moving between people on a public chain without the world seeing who paid whom or how much.
104 were cash-outs back to regular wallets.
On most chains, every payment you make is a page in a public diary.
Gloam closes that diary without asking you to trust anyone with your money.
The proofs run on your device, and the vault’s code is public and verified.

You can now bring money into Gloam from 24 chains, powered by @RelayProtocol
Most of your money doesn’t live on Robinhood Chain or Tempo yet.
It sits on other chains, moving it somewhere private, used to mean a maze of bridges, swaps, and wallets, each one leaving another public trail.
Now it’s one step. Pick the chain your money is on, get a one-time deposit address, and send from any wallet or exchange.
It lands in your Gloam wallet on Robinhood Chain or Tempo, and one more step adds it to your private balance.
Privacy for everyone.
Gloam is live on the mainnet.
Public chains got one thing badly wrong. They made every payment a public record, just from your address.
Nobody would accept that from a bank. We accepted it on-chain because there was no alternative. Now there is.
Starting today, on Robinhood Chain and Tempo, you can:
➔ Pay anyone privately, by Gloam address, or by a claim link that works like cash
➔ Hold a private balance only you can see
➔ Prove exactly what you need to, to exactly who needs it, and nothing more
➔ Let AI agents pay and get paid privately through our MCP server
➔ Use the Gloam SDK to integrate privacy in your apps.
No middlemen or operators, and you hold your own keys.
Deposits and private payments are free, and beta deposit limits apply while we start.
Stablecoins are becoming how the world moves money. That money deserves the same privacy as cash.
Privacy is no longer coming. It’s here.

Hey Jussy, this is exactly the checklist everyone should run before trusting a privacy protocol, so here’s Gloam against it.
We never see your balance. There are no accounts on our servers, and your keys and notes live encrypted in your own browser.
We can’t touch your money either. The contract has no upgrade, no pause, and no admin withdrawal.
Every cash-out is checked by a zero-knowledge proof on chain, not by us.
Fees are capped at 1% in the contract, and any rule change needs 3 days of public notice.
Our trusted setup had 13 public contributors, and every money path has been reviewed. No external audit yet; internal audits are only so far from our team.
The pool opens tomorrow at zero, and you’re right that a pool is only as private as it is busy. We put that in writing instead of hiding it.
Revenue comes from people actually using it: a 0.25% fee on cash-outs.
The team holds no $GLOAM, and half of the fees buy it back.

What you need to know about $MASK before buying/using:
I don't see it higher:
1/ Nullmask team sees everything
- Their servers hold your account keys
- They see your private balance and full history
- Private from the chain, not from Nullmask itself
2/ They control the pool
- Every deposit and withdrawal is checked and can be refused
- Contracts can be upgraded and paused, fees can change (without you knowing itt)
- 0 audits (I would think before connect my wallet)
3/ The pool is tiny
- $47M mcap
- Only $60K sitting in the privacy pool
- Their own rules: if you alone in the pool = 100% linkable
4/ Most revenue is $MASK paying $MASK
- $982K total revenue
- $734K (75%) is ZEC the dev wallet gets from $MASK holder rewards
- Only $247K from actual privacy fees (still good I think)
Compare to $ZEC:
- $19.4B mcap, $5.8B shielded
- Your keys stay on your device, nobody sees your balance, ZEC fnd has no control
For me it's a privacy narrative for "memecoin", not a "real privacy product"
There a bunch of other same ZK shielded pool protocols/tokens

Why did we call it Gloam?
"Gloam" is an old English word for dusk: the light between day and night.
Public chains are daylight. Every payment, every balance, and every person you pay sits in the open, forever.
Total secrecy is the other extreme: nothing can be checked, so nobody can trust it.
Money needs the light in between. It should settle in the open, so anyone can see it’s real.
What matters, like your salary, your rent, and your business, should stay private.
And you should be able to prove what you choose to the one person who needs to see it.
That’s dusk. That’s Gloam.
Our mark is a window with the light on. You’re inside, and you decide who looks in.
Private money on public chains, tomorrow at 13:00 UTC.

Chains have been public for too long. It’s time to embrace privacy.
Our testnet numbers showed that people want privacy, businesses need it, and AI agents paying each other can’t run without it.
At 13:00 UTC today, the Gloam mainnet goes live on Robinhood Chain and Tempo.
Private stablecoin payments for people and AI agents, self-custodial, with nobody in the middle.
Privacy is imminent. 🤍

Gloam mainnet goes live on Wednesday 21 October at 13:00 UTC.
Every stablecoin payment you make today is public.
Your salary, your rent, what you paid a contractor, and what’s left in your wallet afterwards.
Anyone with your address can read all of it, and it stays readable forever.
In a couple of hours, private payments will go live on Robinhood Chain and Tempo mainnet.
You hold, pay and get paid without putting amounts or balances on the public record, and you can still prove what you need to, to the person who needs to see it.
Deposits and private payments are free.
$GLOAM can be held privately next to USDG.
