We are running forward!🏃 Comparing live fluorescence and in resin fluorescence. It was funny that the owner of this microscope told me that they are encountering different problems every day, he called them "cutting edge problems". Sounds cool 😃

Even without trimming the block, the ultra sonic oscillating knife (DiATOME) cut R221 resin very easily. You can see the sections with the round shape of the CryoCapsule.
