Mariel Cartwright, Francesca Esquenazi, and Mike Zaimont have agreed to resolve the lawsuit relating to the events at Lab Zero in 2020. Mariel, Francesca, and Mike were friends for over a decade prior to 2020. Mike remains passionate about game development and looks forward to continuing to create games and contribute to the community through Lab Zero. All parties wish Lab Zero well in its future endeavors in the game industry.
