Conformational Remodeling Underlies Activity Loss in Disease-Linked Asparagine Synthetase Variant biorxiv.org/content/10.64898… Delighted to share this collaborative work led by Dr. Wen Zhu’s lab, revealing the mechanistic basis of an ASNS disease-associated mutation.
I am excited to share our latest work, now available on bioRxiv: biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
This achievement was made possible through great collaboration with the Staschke (IUSM) and Zhu (FSU) labs.
My cat passed away yesterday at nearly 18 years old. Many of you knew her as the lab’s quiet mascot—her photo appears on our X account and elsewhere. She had been with me through most of my time at IU, offering steady companionship. She will be greatly missed.
