I am sorry you are less than satisfied with your experience. All LabQ rapid tests are accompanied with a PCR test. If there was any type of error at registration, please reach out to us so we can help you get recollected.
There is no out of pocket cost for either of those tests. Your insurance will be billed if you have it. You can still get tested even if you do not have insurance as well.
