🚨 New paper alert! 🚨 Understanding how trees cope with drought is crucial, especially as climate change intensifies water stress. In our latest study, we refine the use of acoustic emissions (AEs) to construct more accurate acoustic vulnerability curves (VCAE).
By applying this approach to four temperate tree species, we demonstrate its potential for broader applications in tree hydraulics and drought resilience research.
