Today, around 55 students along with their teachers from Swami Vivekanand Public School visited the NMR Lab for an educational tour. We had a wonderful discussion on NMR phenomenon and it's applications with these young minds.

It was a pleasure to host Shri M S Ahluwalia, Trustee of Dr. Manmohan Singh Trust and former Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission, and Dr. Vijay Tankha, at the NMR facility, IISER Mohali. We discussed the principles and applications of NMR and had an engaging interaction.

PhD students Gayatri and Ram demonstrated how to recover a quantum state subjected to amplitude or phase damping using the Petz recovery map on an NMR quantum processor. The work has been accepted in Physical Review A.👏
