Als we mensen zien piekeren terwijl we zelf niet echt ‘n tobber zijn, is het vaak lastig om te begrijpen waarom iemand in de zetel over alles blijft piekert. Vaak wil je dan zeggen: ‘Kom, pak dat probleem gewoon aan.’ Of nog erger: ‘Laat het gewoon los.’ demorgen.be/beter-leven/piek…
