Bravo @ClaraTaffoni & @JohannaMarines1 ! Special thanks to our many collaborators on this study 🤩. Together, we showed that DNA-PK and cGAS cooperate for optimal nucleic acid-associated inflammatory responses, providing a rationale for cGAS downregulation in early tumorigensis.
