For those that missed it, my statement Friday on the proposed "traffic stop policy". One last attempt from Kim Foxx to handcuff police officers and coddle violent criminal offenders on the way out the door. Where is my opponent? Will she tell the Judges at 26th and Californis "no comment" when grilled about the specifics of a stop?!
