I believe Russia will target again Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Earlier today, they hit the Kyivska electric substation (750kv) which connects Kyiv with western Ukraine nuclear power plants โข๏ธ
Part of Kyiv is out of power tonight after this strike. Since the strike campaign against electric targets started (a week ago), this crucial electric substation has been hit 5 times !
We are only on October 6th, winter is in 75 days and Russia is already pressuring Ukraine's energy grid. This is going to be a very tough time for Ukraine and the civilian population will suffer a lot from drone and missile strikes on civilian energy targets, such as power plants and substations...
