All staff @LeedsHospitals were truly amazing today. Patients and staff all safe. Porters, clinical staff, non clinical, security, managers, Comms team just to name a few were awesome, as were our patients. Thanks to wider emergency service too.

It feels very surreal that as a nursing profession it has come to strike action. Please know that no single nurse that withdraws their labour has taken that decision lightly. We better than anyone appreciate the impact this will have but there is now no other choice.
The nutrition & Hydration sessions have been shadowed by several dieticians to ensure the most up to date info is being supplied.
We’ve also had @Amy1Dennis contacted us interested in topics to see if of a similar session would benefit Adult therapies.
