@X I have recieved a DMCA takedown notice on 2 of my posts. I am contesting the removal based on limited powers granted to Athletia Sports under their provided Power of Attorney at the following link drive.google.com/file/d/1XYM… Their client, FOWC, grants them powers to "provide an anti-piracy web service in respect of live streaming feeds infringing FOWC copyright". A post on X does not constitue a 'live streaming feed' and ergo does not fall under the enforcement powers granted to Athletia Sports. A lesson that @fia @Ben_Sulayem need to learn from #AD2021 is that the problem does not go away unless the injustice is corrected. The power granted by Judicial and Disciplinary rules to refer #AD21 & the 2021 WDC to ICA for their authoritive and binding ruling on the CORRECT interpretation and application of the regulations need to be exercised. The 2026 #BritishGP could reset the 5 year statute of limitation on regulation infringements for #AD2021. We clearly saw the 'Safety Car in' message issued and then withdrawn. It cannot therefore, as the #AD21 stewards declared when dismissing the valid @MercedesAMGF1 post race protest, be 'mandatory to withdraw the safety car at the end of' the lap that the 'Safety Car in' message is issued.
