From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every person who supported #LSUDiversity today!
One Day. One Heartbeat. Real Transformation.
We understand that the recent death of Patrick Lyola, a Congolese refugee living in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who was shot by a police officer, may cause many in our community to experience a wide range of emotions, including shock, sadness, anger, fear and anxiety.
We are here to help and offer support to anyone in our community who is struggling with this tragedy. Please visit lsu.edu/diversity/ for more information on resources available for support. Our campus community's well-being is a priority.

We are aware of the White supremacist stickers spotted around our campus. LSU is committed to our core values, and strongly condemns hate and bigotry in any form, including the ideology that focuses on the superiority of one group over other groups.
We stand together and stand for one another in working to create a truly inclusive environment that does not allow room for racism to impede upon the Tiger experience for any of our LSU family, and particularly on the experience of marginalized groups.
