Really proud to finally have the #RCT I did as a #PHMfellow at @VUMCChildrenPHM published in @JAMANetworkOpen. We found that a 5 minute hospital discharge communication intervention including teach-back and show-back significantly reduced liquid medication dosing errors for kids
