@southwest we've been stuck @Fly_Nashville getting confusing info on our flight ALL DAY! Flight 1876. Our boarding times has changed 6 times, and we still haven't moved. It's not weather related, so what is it??? Are you going to compensate us for this lackluster performance???
At this rate, I'm not sure we will take off tonight. As a once loyal customer, this is one of many reasons why I'm leaving and going to a competitor. I can't find one good reason to keep you as my families #1 option.
Someone help me understand why I should continue to fly @SouthwestAir when there is nothing now that sets them apart from the BIG 3?
Just had the worst in-store experience @Verizon. 1st customer in the store, spent 2 hours trying to upgrade to new Pixel phones, add additional line, and purchase 2 @GooglePixel_US. Left store with nothing. They kept changing stuff. #frustrating

Another reason why I love @AmericanExpress What CC sends you a reimbursement check for inadvertently charging you a higher APR!?!? And provides a thorough explanation #CustomerService #integrity #17YearMember
