You know that "Talarico agitators" are not a thing, and Trump admin purged about 400k Sisters from federal government jobs. That cognitive dissonance is kickin your ass, Sis. Snap out of it..👋🏾🫤

Listen… any normal, kind person would never have asked you to leave. I mean, who escorts someone out of a rally, when they are not wearing or holding anything to support the opposing candidate, and is just standing there? What did they see? For whom do they mistake you?

It would be an embarrassment to work for Trump. Just look at his most recent hire/fire in a press secretary, who lasted like five days. She has been repeatedly dishonest in her appearances on the news in the past, claiming that she was an attorney. And she WASN’T.

Paxton & much of MAGA are not afraid to show their true colors (racial prejudice), with Trump at the helm! You are experiencing the racial profiling since Trump took office, by his followers & ICE. Racism & racial profiling is REAL. Welcome to MAGA’s version of America. 👎😢💔🇺🇸
💔💔💔 This was wrong...

If you are “not sure what is going on,” you are experiencing the racial profiling that has been going on since Donald Trump took office, and his prejudiced followers have come out of the shadows, emboldened by Trump’s racism. 👎👎 It is REAL.
When you try to support someone & get treated like trash...it hurts. Its inexcusable

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

The President of the United States is now threatening to jail local election officials if they do not break federal law in the middle of an election in which hundreds of thousands of votes have already been returned. An unprecedented attack on our democracy — one we will call out every. single. time.

As your president, I pray for what our Heavenly Father wants for each of us—to be active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, proceeding forward on the covenant path into the eternities.

We need one another’s prayers. I feel the positive effect of your prayers. I am thankful, and I love you.

Many of our hearts ache for loved ones who have stepped away from obedience to God’s laws. In our grief, we continuously ponder the whys, hows, and what ifs. We feel we have failed. We preach, teach, and invite—but often to no avail. By divine design, brothers and sisters, everyone must choose for themselves to follow Jesus Christ. I ask you to turn over to Jesus Christ your despair for those wayward souls. We cannot change their hearts, but He can; He is a God of miracles. Our Savior has already paid for the sins and errant choices of all of God’s children, including those for whom you and I grieve. He knows them. He knows their hearts; He loves them. He gave His very life to bring them home, all the way home. By the power of Jesus Christ’s Atonement, there is always a way back! In the vernacular, the Savior says to all who grieve, “I’ve got this!” Never, never, give up on those you love. Remember Jesus Christ is the answer. He is, always has been, and always will be. Trust Him. He’s got this! #GeneralConference

Every autumn, a huge golden cross appears in the forests of County Donegal, Ireland. 3000 Japanese larch trees were planted among pine trees, creating a cross pattern when the larch trees turn yellow.
