Transition of EU energy system is MASSIVE.
Large deployment of #renewables (wind/sun) to be installed; require transmission infrastructure (#grids) to transport the energy to consumers.
=> Hydrogen systems can transport 4x more than power systems (in comparable routes)😯🦾
Hydrogen infrastructure is key for cost-effective emissions cuts. Pipelines beat cables for large energy volumes. EU needs a grid strategy now to hit 2040 targets, as emphasized in Hydrogen Week.
