Big 12 is absolutely legit this year. College football continues to even out. Talent is spreading out. Incredibly fun!
That was the wackiest, wildest, most awesome day of college football of all time. Here is my new top 10. But 1 thing is clear. Anybody can beat anybody and the Big 12 needs multiple teams in the playoffs.
1. BYU
2. UCLA
3. Texas Tech
4. Miami
5. Utah
6. Ohio State
7. Ole Miss
8. Kentucky
9. Tennessee
10. Georgia

BYU SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT OF THE PLAYOFF LAST YEAR.
BYU SHOULDN’T BE LEFT OUT OF THE CHRISTIAN CONVERSATION.
BYU SHOULDN’T BE DISRESPECTED FOR THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
BYU SHOULDN’T BE LOOKED DOWN ON BY ANYONE.
BYU SHOULD BE THE #1 TEAM IN THE COUNTRY.
GOD’S PLAN!

So true! Many of us who have been priced out of tickets over the last few years would never ever give up an opportunity to be there on Saturday
Any BYU fan who willingly & knowingly sells their tickets to ND fans should have their tickets permanently revoked.
You’re no loyal BYU fan
You’re doing BYU Football dirty
My mother would never…

I respect this. And I hope you are wrong haha
Confession: I want BYU to beat ND, but I don’t think they will. And I don’t think it’s going to be particularly close.
ND wins 34-7
I imagine I’ll get a lot of backlash from this, but BYU has not shown well against deep rosters. Nor have our coaches shown well against superior coaching staff.
BYU just isn’t on the same level as ND. And that’s ok

Notre Dame declined to play the Pop-Tarts Bowl against BYU after missing the 2025 CFP.
This week, the No. 8 Cougars get a chance to fight the No. 2 Irish 😯
Don’t turn it over. Keep it low scoring. Let things get weird at LES.
Does BYU need to play perfectly to beat Notre Dame?
No.
They need to be better than Notre Dame on Saturday. The Fighting Irish are fantastic. It'll take a huge effort but let's look at three examples where imperfection still led to top five wins.
1990 Win vs Miami: BYU turned it over five times. Miami turned it over three times. That +2 was key. Five turnovers is crazy though.
2009 vs Oklahoma: Harvey Unga didn't play at RB for BYU. The Cougars figured it out w/o him. No LJ Martin Saturday for BYU.
2017 Men's Hoops at #1 Gonzaga. The Cougars trailed 18-2 to start the game. Came back to win. Dif sport. Same point.
Figure out a way to be better than that opponent on that day.
