✨ About “Energetic Attacks” and “Entities” ✨
Let’s talk about something I think gets misunderstood in spiritual circles...
When people go through periods of intense heaviness, fear, strange dreams, anxiety, emotional waves, or a feeling that something is “off,” it can be easy to immediately label it an energetic attack or assume that some outside entity is responsible.
But I think we need more discernment than that.
Not every dark feeling comes from a dark force. Not every uncomfortable experience means something is attacking you. Sometimes what we call an “energetic attack” may actually be our own unresolved fear, grief, trauma, exhaustion, stress, nervous system overload, or parts of ourselves finally coming to the surface because they are ready to be faced.
Spiritual growth isn’t always peaceful. Sometimes becoming more conscious means becoming aware of things we were previously able to avoid. Old wounds become harder to ignore. Patterns become easier to see. Emotions we buried years ago suddenly demand our attention.
That can feel incredibly intense.
Whether you understand those experiences psychologically, energetically, spiritually, or as some combination of all three, I believe the answer begins in the same place... come back to yourself.
Before deciding something outside of you is responsible, get grounded. Rest. Breathe. Get into nature. Pay attention to your body. Look honestly at what you’ve been carrying. Talk to someone you trust when you need to. Pray. Meditate. Reconnect with the Creator in whatever way is real for you.
And most importantly, don’t feed fear.
I’m not here to tell anyone what does or doesn’t exist beyond what we can physically see. Humanity has wrestled with that question for thousands of years, and none of us can honestly claim to have every answer.
But I do know this...
Fear can convince us that we are powerless. Discernment reminds us that we are not.
You don’t have to fight every shadow. Sometimes you simply need enough courage to turn toward it and ask, “What is this trying to show me?”
Maybe the greatest protection isn’t living in fear of darkness at all.
Maybe it’s knowing yourself so deeply, staying so grounded in love, truth, and your connection to the Creator, that fear no longer gets to decide what your experiences mean.
You are not required to give everything you feel power over you.
Stay grounded. Stay discerning. Keep your heart open.
