Please note that there is a mistake in the *printed* programme for the date of the ‘Looking at trees in Mayow Park’ event led by Bettina Metcalfe
The printed programme says 14 September but the actual date is 21 September
The correct details are on the LNHS events webpage

Garden wildlife. The appearance of a Jersey Tiger Moth made it a good time for a #BigButterflyCount! In the garden I'm generally seeing a few Speckled Wood, Peacocks and the occasional Comma, but unfortunately that's about it. #londonwildlife

There are many fallen trees all around the #BrentRiverPark. Leaving them to rot isn’t lazy, it’s part of the natural recycling process. They release nutrients slowly and are a great home to fungi, like these turkey tail, mosses and hundreds of mini beasts.
