So who is going to fix this country for us? Everyone comes in with their team just to bankrupt the nation. It doesn't matter the party in power, the playbook is always the same. It hurts. Now my question is, why doesn't the President in this case @JDMahama fire and demand prosecution immediately? Or are they happy with this wasteful spending? As a professional accountant, I'm always baffled by how wasteful our government is. We quote big money yet we do absolutely nothing. Why doesn't anyone get punished for it? They've normalized corruption and it's so hurtful.

Engineering school? I'm still waiting for you to pass the reading comprehension test on the letter.

Our leadership must learn to give positions to those who are passionate and desire to achieve selfless greatness. Until then, corruption will continue to fester. The "he's the President's uncle's girlfriend's daughter's wife’s brother " job requirement is killing our nation for far too long.

Whataboutism is killing this nation. "The other party did far worse" is not a defense. The people voted for you to right the wrong, not to wrong the right any less.

A purse holder for an event that lasted less than 30 days made $10,000, and this does not include flight, hotels, and food. How much do our teachers make yearly? And how come all of government expenditures are quoted in dollars, but when it comes to anything related to the general public, it's quoted in cedis? So who’s for the people — they are all the same!

.@JDMahama Your Excellency, I write with great respect and with a heart full of hope for our country. A nation that celebrates the courtroom more than the construction site will struggle to see its roads built. Today our brightest young people are lining up for law school while our engineering labs sit half empty. We have become very good at arguing and debating, yet the potholes remain and the projects stall. Many of our children still learn under trees and in classrooms that should have been replaced years ago. No motion or amendment has fixed that. What fixes it is concrete, steel, and people who know how to build. We often say we want Ghana to rise like China. Respectfully, it is worth remembering who built China. For years the people leading that country were trained engineers. They measured progress in bridges, railways and power plants. Mr. President, I humbly ask that you use your office to make engineering the profession our young people dream about. Scholarships, national recognition, and placing builders at the table where decisions are made would send a powerful message to every child in Ghana. Let’s honor those who build and Ghana will rise again. With deep respect,

What’s with the guns and masks? He’s is a sitting MP. He surrendered to EOCO and the Deputy Attorney General did not even oppose bail. The court has already said he is not a flight risk. So what exactly was the guns for? He is not running. This is intimidation, the kind of theatre uncivilized nations use when the process is not enough. He has pleaded not guilty to the allegations. Investigate the money. Cut the crap and let’s grow as one nation. I hope the NPP does not pay this back someday. Banana republic.
